Mechanical and plumbing design for the design and construction of Sharp Rees-Stealy Flower Hill Medical Offices.
This project is for the tenant improvement build out of roughly 29,000 SF on the second floor of the new Flower Hill Promenade building. The second floor was turned over to Sharp as a cold shell. The medical offices include Internal Medicine, Pediatrics, Obstetrics / Gynecology, Family Medicine, Dermatology, Sports Medicine and Specialty Medicine. This project is Design-Build.
The mechanical systems include packaged rooftop heat pump systems and exhaust fans.
The plumbing systems include low flow plumbing fixtures, sanitary waste and vent systems, domestic hot and cold water systems and natural gas systems.
