Mechanical and plumbing design services for a new approximately 50,000 SF Medical Office Building (MOB), including (14) Provider Offices, Specimen Collection Lab, Radiology, and Pharmacy. The site is entitled for a total of 125,000 SF, in one 2-story 50,000 SF building and one 3-story 75,000 SF building on opposite ends of the property. The initial phase covered by this project is an approximate 50,000 SF building, with 39,000 SF built out and 11,000 SF shelled.
Mechanical systems include packaged multi fan, DX, VAV air handling units, which utilize heating hot water terminal reheat zones. Systems also include general and lab exhaust.
Plumbing systems include complete domestic hot and cold water, sanitary waste and vent, and storm water systems. High efficiency domestic water heater, and water treatment equipments are also included.
