Methodology

We determine the needs of all stakeholders, owners, users, vendors, contractors, sub-consultants, and the unique requirements of the structure and the building usage. We stress the importance of incorporating a commissioning process not just after construction but from the very beginning, if possible. We specify products compatible with existing infrastructure, consistent with facilities management staff’s knowledge base, practices, and preferences of facilities management staff. We work with local energy companies to uncover available energy-efficient design incentives. We do whatever it takes to deliver a successful, long-term solution.
