Commissioning services for Intuit Corporate Headquarters. The project consists of four buildings (each four-stories) totaling 480,000 SF, which includes 104,000 SF of future tenant building space. The complex includes corporate offices, conference rooms, computer server rooms, laboratories, kitchen and dining areas, training rooms, a health club, child care center and a shipping and receiving warehouse.
Commissioned systems include sixteen large capacity air-cooled packaged VAV rooftop units, lighting controls, domestic water heating, a comprehensive building automation system with energy dashboard, and photovoltaic array mounted on the parking structure.
This project achieved a Gold level of certification under LEED for Commercial Interiors version 2.0.
