Background
Mr. Sy has 12 years of experience designing mechanical & plumbing systems for a variety of facilities ranging from healthcare, science and technology to Government, office buildings, residential and academic. He has provided mechanical design services on more than 180 public and private sector projects. His experience includes HVAC project management, energy conservation, HVAC load calculations, energy modeling, installation and operating cost reduction analysis, energy and feasibility studies, central cooling and heating plants, and construction observation.
