This mixed-use student housing complex includes a 12‐story residential tower, five (5) wood frame low‐rise apartment buildings, a campus run full service sit-down restaurant and a retail market. It includes approximately 745 to 750 apartment style beds configured in one (1) double bedroom and three (3) single bedrooms for a total of five occupants per apartment unit, plus professional live-in staff units. These staff units include 2 assistant resident dean apartments and resident advisor (RA’s) bedrooms. The development also includes non-revenue spaces such as meeting rooms, conference rooms, laundry rooms, custodial and maintenance spaces, café, and administrative offices. The project is intended to be low rise and high rise in configuration. This project is LEED Gold certified.
