Mechanical engineering design services for this over $100M five-star hotel resort project. The three-story hotel, which also includes thirty-nine 4,000 SF luxury two-story villa residential units, covers approximately 330,000 SF with an 86,000 SF below grade parking structure and 245 guestrooms and conference suites. The facility also includes a fine dining restaurant, conference center, tennis pavilion, pool / beach bar, pool facility, full-service spa facility, laundry facility, cafe, gift shop / retail space and bandstand.
