Vista Civic Center

HVAC and plumbing systems design for this $50M, three-story 100,000 SF civic center for the City of Vista. This facility includes City Council Chamber, conference centers, administration offices, kitchen areas, etc. The mechanical system is designed with low-velocity ductwork and enhanced vibration isolation of equipment to accommodate the acoustical requirements of the project. It also includes high efficiency rooftop package variable air volume units, high efficiency heating hot water boiler system and integrated Direct Digital Control (DDC) system. All AC-units and pumps are on variable frequency drives for optimum efficiency.
